Web Design
Welcome to the Web Design class access page.
Web Design is an elective course for all students with an interest in learning how to communicate effectively on the World Wide Web.
The purpose of this class is to introduce students to the concepts, history, and basic principles of web design. Students will begin by learning how to "hard code" a web page and will progress to using one of the many web editors currently available. Students will also learn to apply the accepted principles and techniques of today's web designers. The curriculum will also explore the use of new and cutting edge technologies that will change how the web will be used in the future.
This course has no prerequisites and requires no special skills. Although "geeks" are certainly welcome, you do not have to be one to enjoy this class. This is an ideal place for students to explore the learning technologies that they have become interested in.
This section of our class site was designed by students to support multimedia classes in their learning experience. Each class has a menu link to its section of the class site. Resources for all classes are organized in the reference link section.
